Anyone else hate waiting at garages for hours?

I don't know about you guys, but I absolutely dread taking my car in for any kind of service because it always ends up eating half my day sitting in some dusty waiting room with bad coffee and old magazines while they tell me "just another hour" about three times. Last time I went for a simple tire rotation and alignment, I ended up being there for nearly four hours even though I had an appointment, and I was literally watching the guys work on other cars that came in after me while mine just sat there. It's honestly made me put off maintenance way longer than I should because I just can't face another wasted afternoon. My neighbor mentioned he's been using a service where they come to your home or office instead and he showed me how he books everything through 800Sayara on his phone, gets a time slot that actually works for him, and then just goes about his day while they handle everything in his parking spot. That sounds like such a game changer to me because I work from home most days and could easily just hand over the keys during a meeting and not have to think about it. I'm curious if anyone here has actually tried that approach and whether it's as smooth as it sounds, or if there are any hidden downsides I'm not thinking about. I mean the convenience factor seems undeniable, but I worry about whether they have the right equipment or enough space to do proper work in a parking lot versus a fully equipped garage. Would love to hear some real experiences from people who've gone this route before I make the switch.
