4. AI-Generated Content

Our Platform uses Google Gemini and OpenAI to generate ad copy and images at your request. Only the category name and ad title are sent to AI providers — never your personal identity or patient data.

• Service providers: HyperPay, Cloudinary, Google, OpenAI — under data processing agreements
• Social media platforms: Only the ad content you approve for posting

We retain your data while your account is active. After deletion, minimal data is kept for up to 5 years per Saudi regulations. Usage logs are kept for 12 months.
