Posted in the topic Why is credentialing a need for physicians these days? in the forum News and Announcements

Most doctors already have their plates full with patients to attend, charting, and clinic work to do. Staying on top of insurance enrollment paperwork on top of it can quickly get frustrating. Physician credentialing services are common among clinics that are tasked with managing applications, renewals, insurance follow-ups, and provider verification. This will help to prevent any delays that would prevent doctors from correctly billing insurance companies. Offices remain more organized as someone is keeping a close eye on deadlines and missing documents. Physicians can do what they do best: provide care for their patients, while credentialing specialists complete the process from beginning to end with meticulous care, without the need for repeated paperwork requests or contact with insurers.
