U4gm Aion 2 Server Transfer Window Checklist

A server move should improve your regular play sessions, not simply put you somewhere busier. Before organizing equipment or comparing Aion 2 Items, settle three questions: whether your characters qualify, whether your destination is available, and whether the application window matches your server group.

Match Your Server Group to the Correct Window

The October 2026 schedule separates Early Access and launch servers. In PDT, Early Access transfers run after October 13 maintenance until before October 20 maintenance; launch transfers follow after October 20 maintenance until before October 27 maintenance. These are maintenance boundaries, not midnight deadlines.

Application hours also matter. North America East and West list daily sessions of 09:00-13:00 and 15:00-19:00 PDT. Check the current regional notice before converting those hours, especially when your local calendar date differs. Do not apply another region's timetable to your account.

Check Eligibility Before Making Commitments

Review the transfer product requirements alongside the Q&A. Confirm your region, faction, server category, selected characters, and account eligibility before promising friends that you will arrive. Treat every warning in the application screen as something to resolve before proceeding.

Destination space deserves separate attention: existing character-slot expansions stay on the original server. The destination needs enough available slots, and additional expansion may require payment. Having a character there does not override transfer capacity limits.

Write down the complete character list you intend to move. Review alternate characters as carefully as your main, and check how shared collections or services will affect anything you leave behind.

Choose People and Playtimes, Not Just Population

Ask friends to confirm their exact region, faction, and destination name. Coordinate with your guild about who is actually moving, who is still deciding, and whether recruitment will remain open when you arrive.

Compare your normal login hours with the group's dungeon nights, organized activities, and preferred language. Ask about attendance expectations rather than relying on a crowded recruitment channel. A suitable destination should support the way you genuinely want to spend your evenings.

Prepare Storage and Review the Final Screen

Move wanted Server Storage items into the transferring character's inventory or Character Storage. Server Storage contents do not move automatically, while Character Storage items do. Make this a deliberate inspection rather than a last-minute packing exercise.

Prepare alternative character names, too. Transferred characters receive a temporary name and choose a name on first login; an existing destination character can prevent reuse of your previous name.

Before confirming, review the destination, selected characters, storage, costs, and regional timing once more. If you plan to buy cheap Aion 2 Items, keep that decision separate from eligibility checks and prioritize a move that brings your regular group together.
