  Blackwater Lake hides one of the bigger side puzzles in Black Ops 7 Zombies. The sequence moves you across the map and asks you to flip switches, hunt ghosts, and hit small objects in the right order. If you want to practice without risking a live lobby, run the route in a CoD BO7 Bot Lobby to learn the timing and movement.

  Phase 1 Restoring Power to the Pump Station
  The map stops moving until the pump has power again. First go to the pump station and clear the soft, fleshy blockage that covers the machine. Use explosives or a high-tier Pack-a-Punch weapon to cut the infestation fast. When the pump begins to churn the water, you know that part is done. Next head to the small Cabin nearby and flip the main power switch inside. Listen for a hum or watch the lights for the clear audio and visual cue that power is back. These two actions unlock the next phase.

  Phase 2 The Ashwood Clock and the Wonder Weapon
  After the lake has power, you must move to the Ashwood area. The next step needs a Wonder Weapon or another exotic gun the map calls for. Climb to the clock face in Ashwood and shoot it with your Wonder Weapon. Hitting the clock should trigger a chime or an alert sound and start the timed portion of the puzzle. Make sure your Wonder Weapon has enough ammo or a way to refill before this step so you do not get stuck mid-sequence.

  Phase 3 The Projector Reels Puzzle
  Return to Blackwater Lake quickly once the clock chime sounds. The projector near the water will now show a short sequence of images. The images tell you the exact order to find and shoot four hidden Projector Reels around the map. You must shoot the reels in the same order the projector shows. If you shoot a reel out of order the puzzle resets and you must shoot the Ashwood clock again. Use the projector as your timer and follow it without delay. Quick movement and a clear route reduce the chance of mistakes.

  Phase 4 Finding and Shooting the Reels
  The reels are small and often tucked in odd places: under boats, behind debris, or on high ledges. Walk the route you practiced in the Bot Lobby and hit each reel with a reliable, non-rare gun so you do not waste Wonder Weapon ammo. When you shoot the final reel in the correct order the projector will flash and the sequence will complete. If the screen flashes, you have finished the easter egg and the reward sequence will begin. Watch for the spawn timing and stay nearby so you do not miss the drop.

  Move fast but steady between steps and do not linger. If a trigger does not work, step back and try the interaction again; simple line-of-sight issues or a stray zombie can block the cue. In the cellar phase be sure you interact with the correct spirit, not a random ghost. Use a BO7 Bot Lobby to rehearse the whole loop until you can run it without thinking. That practice will cut failures and let you finish the side quest while keeping your high-round attempts for other goals.
